Moen Distribution Center Expansion

Lindsey Architecture worked with a design-build team to expand this Kinston-based warehouse and distribution center for Moen, the #1 faucet maker in America. Having been in Kinston since 1987, Moen needed to add to its facility to grow operations and continue to service its US clientele. Designed to match the existing building, this project has three load-bearing precast panel walls with one metal panel expansion wall. 11 doc doors were added, as well as an ESFR fire suppression system. The existing and new facilities were connected by three tunnels that were ramped to accommodate the grade differential.
