City of Greensboro Fire Station 14

The City of Greensboro selected Samet and Lindsey Architecture under a design-build agreement to renovate the existing Fire Station #14 facility. Comprised of 6,700 square feet, the project entails exterior facade improvements, rework of the vehicle bays, complete renovation of the interior, addition of a new fitness room and women’s lockers and showers, renovation of the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. The facility officially becomes activated in February 2025.
