BoxCar Bar + Arcade

When the former Lotus Lounge in Downtown Greensboro closed, AZ Development purchased the historic structure and contracted Lindsey Architecture to transform the facility into BoxCar Bar + Arcade. This modern industrial-themed renovation includes a new patio and seating area at the entrance, a gaming area inside, and a bar with additional seatin in the rear. Restrooms were updated and brought into ADA compliance with accessible urinals and ambulatory stalls. The revival of this building brings a unique experience to Greensboro by offering classic arcade games, skee ball, shuffleboard, and more.
