Spuntech Industries Expansion and Renovation

Spuntech Industries, a global leader in the nonwoven industry based in Israel, needed to renovate and expand its existing US facility in order to offer more space and amenities to employees. Lindsey Architecture expanded the facility with two additions were connected on either side of the entrance, providing more office space, restrooms, and breakroom facilities. The new 1,800SF breakroom/lounge addition includes large windows with daylighting and 700SF of space outside for relaxing and dining on the patio. Adjacent to the breakroom within this addition are two larger group restrooms with locker room and showering facilities. A second addition on the opposite side of the entrance provides more office and conference space for visiting international team members. Both additions were reclad and painted to reflect the company culture, and tie into the existing interior color palette. The original building footprint was renovated to take restrooms located within and replace them with two large onference/training areas.
